Description:

The Rosetta refuge is situated at an altitude of 2581 metres and is the starting point for most of the excursions and climbs on the Pale. It is situated on the eastern edge of the Pale plateau and is the starting point for the ascent to the Vezzana peak, the highest of the group, and to the Fradusta with its small glacier. The Rosetta cable car is just a 15-minute walk away, making the refuge accessible to mountaineers, expert hikers and those who want to learn the mountains as beginners.

It has 70 beds and offers a bar and refreshment service. It is part of the Palarondatrek and Palaronda ferrata huts and is on the route of the Alta Via 2 and Park2trek.
